Our Story

Our window story starts with performance building. We've been around performance building for the past fifteen years and have watched friends and colleagues struggle to find a source for high quality, high performance windows that would work within reasonable construction budgets.  Long lead times, poor communication, and variable quality made the UPVC performance window market difficult.  Fast forward to 2021 when we embarked on our latest project...building a high performance home on acreage in the Columbia River Gorge.  High winds, cold temps, and lots of glazing in the home design were going to require a performance window.  As we started researching vendors we found most were either out of the project budget or too difficult to deal with...so we decided to go straight to the source.  We imported our first container of windows in 2021 for that project and haven't looked back!
